I have worked with several realtors over the years and have been fortunate to have always been satisfied with their services. Heidi Pecora however is on an entirely different level. She is truly the most exceptional real estate professional I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Prior to working with her, my house was on the market for 9 months without an offer, under another agent. When Heidi took over, she gave me very specific advice on how to stage my home for showings. We accepted an offer in less than 30 days after it was put on the market, with her as the listing agent. She also assisted me in finding my new home.
