I have worked with several realtors over the years and have been fortunate to have always been satisfied with their services. Heidi Pecora however is on an entirely different level. She is truly the most exceptional real estate professional I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Prior to working with her, my house was on the market for 9 months without an offer, under another agent. When Heidi took over, she gave me very specific advice on how to stage my home for showings. We accepted an offer in less than 30 days after it was put on the market, with her as the listing agent. She also assisted me in finding my new home. She was incredibly accommodating with each and every request to view properties, some of which I viewed multiple times. We were set to close on a condo when a variety of concerning issues arose. She was not only understanding when I decided to back out of that purchase, she also guided me through the entire process and ensured that my deposit was returned to me. She then worked tirelessly to show me multiple other properties and within 50 hours of withdrawing my offer on the condo, we had a purchase agreement on a townhouse. Throughout the process, I knew she had my best interests at heart and I had absolute confidence in her professional expertise. Additionally, she couldn’t have been more responsive, available and flexible throughout the process. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. She is without a doubt the best of the best!

I recently traveled from NY to Florida to begin my search for an investment/vacation property. Before I traveled I contacted Heidi Pecora. ALWAYS hire a realtor, I can only hope they will be as good as Amanda. Listen, there’s tons of things out there that want you to find a way to sell your home on low commission or no commission. It’s very enticing if you don’t know the ins and outs of selling homes like I don’t. However, situations beyond your imagination easily occur when selling a home. Imagine you’re a roof is fine, but insurance just gives a year instead of 3 to 5 that the insurance needs to make your rate manageable. So what do you do? Negotiate the roof in the sale of the home. Then you have roofers do it during a rain storm causing one of your ceilings to be collapsed and then to have standing water in your kitchen. Let me ask you, do you want someone with little to no commission having your back in a situation like this? This is just one of an incredible list of items that could go wrong that you have no preconceived notion of when you are trying to sell. Countless hours of meeting inspectors, writing emails, researching how to think outside of the box… all these things ARE the wheelhouse of the Walker team. You would think two months of negotiations in a downturn of the market would cause the sale of my home to go down but my asking price never changed and the 2 1/2 months it went pending. There is absolutely no one else that I would even consider speaking with in the purchase or sale of a home. Unfortunately the only way that you will learn is choosing the wrong person.
