Since beginning her career on the Caribbean island of St. Croix in 2007, Tammy Londer has been helping buyers and sellers make confident real estate decisions. After relocating to Florida in 2018, she brought her experience, energy, and love of coastal living to the Tampa Bay area and now proudly calls St. Petersburg home.

Drawing on the experience she has gained since 2007, Tammy combines extensive real estate knowledge with a warm, approachable style—and believes the process should be both well managed and fun. Whether she is helping someone relocate, find the right Florida home, or position a property to stand out in the market, she brings enthusiasm, creativity, and careful attention to every detail.

Tammy’s business also includes residential leasing and tenant placement. She helps property owners market their rentals, coordinate showings and applications, and navigate the process from listing through lease signing and move-in. For renters, she brings the same responsive guidance and attention to detail she gives every buyer and seller.

Tammy holds a Bachelor of Science in Mass Communication from Towson University in her hometown of Towson, Maryland. Her background in advertising, marketing, and the legal field gives her a valuable perspective when preparing properties for sale, developing effective marketing strategies, negotiating contracts, and guiding clients through the many moving parts of a transaction.

Having experienced a major relocation herself, Tammy understands that buying, selling, or renting a home is about much more than the property. It is also about lifestyle, community, and what comes next. A little life beyond real estate.

When she’s not helping clients make their next move, Tammy can be found cheering on the Baltimore Orioles (Go O’s!), chilling with her two rescue cats, Sugar and Rayven, enjoying everything downtown St. Pete has to offer, or working on her tan. She also has a well-documented love of Halloween, costumes, and all things sparkly—preferably all three at once.
