Heidi was a huge help to us in finding our dream home. We moved from another state and had been looking online for awhile. A friend recommended Heidi to us. She set us up with a search based on our requirements and we set out to find THE house. We soon realized what we thought we wanted, wasn't right at all. House after house got eliminated and we kept changing our search parameters. Heidi patiently answered all of our questions. We actually stumbled on our dream house while looking at a different house. Heidi was extremely helpful in guiding us thru the purchase of a new construction home. She also provided us valuable information about buying a home in Florida, insurance taxes etc.... We'd use Heidi again and will recommend her to anyone looking to buy or sell!!

If you want to sell your house fast and get the best price for your home then you want to pick Heidi Pecora. She is excellent at advising you what to do to prepare for the sale and to get ready to present your home if you are selling. Her team is excellent as an example, the photographer's photos were top notch. She had a list of electricians, plumbers, roofers, ect when needed. She new the correct price for the market at the time we put the house up for sale. She answered every question and was only a phone call away or would be there hands on always! I recommend you to call her when you want to sell or buy a home as she is experienced, knowledgeable, friendly, and honest.

I have worked with several realtors over the years and have been fortunate to have always been satisfied with their services. Heidi Pecora however is on an entirely different level. She is truly the most exceptional real estate professional I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Prior to working with her, my house was on the market for 9 months without an offer, under another agent. When Heidi took over, she gave me very specific advice on how to stage my home for showings. We accepted an offer in less than 30 days after it was put on the market, with her as the listing agent. She also assisted me in finding my new home.
She was incredibly accommodating with each and every request to view properties, some of which I viewed multiple times. We were set to close on a condo when a variety of concerning issues arose. She was not only understanding when I decided to back out of that purchase, she also guided me through the entire process and ensured that my deposit was returned to me.
