When you request a market analysis or a meeting, we collect the details you enter: your name, email address, phone number if you provide it, how you prefer to be contacted, and the property or scheduling information you share, along with the page you submitted from and the time of your request. We use this information to respond to your request. Submitting a form does not sign you up for marketing emails.

Like most websites, our hosting provider records technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested in order to deliver the site, protect it from abuse and keep it running. We use a one-way hash of the IP address on form submissions to limit automated spam; we do not use that information to identify you.

The website uses Google’s measurement tag to understand how visitors find and use the site, such as pages viewed and device type. Google may set cookies for this purpose under its own privacy policy, and you can limit it through your browser settings or Google’s opt-out tools. The same tag also supports Google Ads remarketing, which may show our ads to people who have visited this site; you can turn off personalized ads in your Google Ad Settings. The embedded property search is a third-party service and may use cookies or similar technologies under its own policies.

The website is hosted and protected by Cloudflare. Form submissions are stored with Cloudflare. Email forwarding uses Namecheap Private Email so we can respond. These providers process information on our behalf under their own privacy and security commitments.

The main property search is provided by Agent 3000 / ListingSpy, and Quick Search is provided through Heidi’s RE/MAX website. Information you enter into those services, including saved searches or account sign-ups, is handled by the respective provider under its own privacy policy.
