Heidi’s connection to Florida began with a move from Rochester, New York, in 2001. Drawn to the Tampa Bay area and its waterways, she made a career change into real estate after working in criminal justice.
Away from work, she enjoys boating, paddleboarding, kayaking, and time at the beach. That connection to the area gives her work a personal starting point: helping people think about the home and the everyday life around it.
